300 grams (10,5 oz) flour
2 tea spoons baking powder
3 table spoons powder sugar
1/2 tea spoon salt
3 eggs (separated)
1 tea spoon vanilla extract
500 ml. milk
2 table spoons melted butter
In a large bowl mix the flour with the baking powder, sugar and salt.
In another bowl beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
In another bowl mix the egg yolks with the vanilla extract, milk and butter.
Add the flour mixture to the egg yolks and mix with rubber spatula. Gradually add the egg whites and gently fold with a rubber spatula.
Heat your waffle maker and cook the waffles by pouring a little bit of the mixture onto the waffle maker.
