Here is an idea for a quick and easy dinner.
If you are tired of cut into thin pieces, grilled haloumi cheese, why don’t you make a skewers out of the cheese for a change!
Ingredients:
200 grams haloumi cheese
1 big red pepper, cut into small squares
1 onion, cut into medium pieces
2-3 table spoons olive oil
Salt, pepper and oregano
Heat your grill under medium high heat.
Skewer the haloumi, onion and pepper pieces onto the skewers as you mix and match, the order is up to you. Grill for about 5 minutes per side, as you sprinkle with a little bit of olive oil. Season with oregano, salt and pepper.
Serve hot with some avocado paste or tomato salsa.
