The Great Greek Sail – from Lefkada, all the way down to Zakinthos … and a bite of Shrimp Saganaki

We sailed – 7 days, 10 people on board, 1 awesome skipper, 6 “rail meat” girls, 3 great first & second mates, 267 nautical miles, 8 islands, 17 amazing places along the sea, a couple of dolphins and crazy goats, a couple of new friendships, many sleepless nights and 10 happy people!

How could I illustrate all those wonderful sights, landscapes, villages and beaches we saw? Even the pictures don’t have the power to show the magic around these places… I am not much of the words, nether can say that I am a good photographer, but I rather show you my photos and let you imagine the rest…

With great excitement and emotion I came back to Sofia, full of sunny, smiling memories, new friends, a bag of dirty clothes and a bit of tan.

We all found the magic – magic into being roommates at an age, which you are not supposed to have roommates, the magic in the wind, helping us move forward, the magic in the lonely beach, the magic in being quiet for a moment and most of all the magic in the sea… Well, I’ve been in love with the sea since age of 3, but nevertheless, all seas are different, and for the first time I got to know this one.
