Baked sea bass with rosemary and lemon

The perfect 30 minute dinner meal -healthy and delicious.
If you buy a cleaned and gutted fish you will only have to put it the oven and then eat it! It is super simple and delicious! You have to try this meal!
Baked sea bass-1

Ingredients:
2 whole sea bass, cleaned & gutted
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 table spoons olive oil
2 table spoons lemon juice
1 tea spoon dry dill
2 tea spoons fresh rosemary
1 lemon, sliced

Preheat your oven to 180C (350 F).
Line your baking dish with parchment paper.

Wash the sea bass.
In a small bowl combine the garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and dill.
Rub the fish with the garlic mixture, place them in the baking dish and pour the left over wine mixture on top. Place 2 lemon slices and one rosemary stalk inside each fish. Season with salt and pepper and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake 15 minutes then uncover the baking dish and bake for another 10 minutes on grill option of your oven.
