When it comes to cooking, I believe that everyone should have the perfect recipe for the classic soft chocolate chip cookies, as well as crunchy cookies, the perfect chocolate cake or the best gingerbread cookies – soft and chewy.
I have a long list of desserts, for which I have found the perfect recipes and I want to share them with you guys, so you can stop searching and start baking!
I am sharing today a recipe for soft chocolate chip cookies, which I believe is awesome and I think you would like it, as much as I like it!
The cookies are sweet, soft, chocolaty (well, depends how much chocolate you add) and delicious!
In a large bowl sift the flour, salt and baking powder. Add the chocolate chips. Set aside.
In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar with your mixer.
Add the cream cheese and vanilla extract and mix for another 1-2 minutes until well combined. Add the eggs, one at a time and mix well.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix them with a rubber spatula or your hands until all products bled well.
Preheat your oven to 180 C (350 F).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using an ice-cream scoop or a spoon form equal by size small balls and line them on the baking sheet.
Make sure to leave enough space between each cookie, because they will expand a bit from the heat.
Bake 10-12 minutes.
Cook on a wire rack.
