How about a great, easy and fresh cucumber salad for dinner, lunch or a side dish?
This salad is simple but when you add a little bit of seeds, sprouts and cut the cucumber, using a vegetable peeler, it will impress all of your guests or even your family!
Ingredients:
1 cucumber (thinly sliced, I used vegetable peeler to make thin long slices out of the cucumber)
5-6 radishes (thinly sliced)
2 table spoons bean sprouts
1 tea spoon black sesame
1 table spoon raw sunflower seeds
1 table spoon sesame oil
Vinegar to taste
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Serve immediately.
