Crab dip

I have dreamed about crab dip for a very long time… may be since my last trip to the states, which was like 5 years ago. And I know that crab dip is not a big deal for some people, but here in Bulgaria we do not have access to fresh blue crabs, we can’t even find a can of crab meat to buy… not that I want thou, I am just saying that crabs and crab meat are mirage around here. Imagine my surprise when I accidentally saw fresh blue crabs in one of our stores. I instantly bought a couple of crabs and rushed home to cook them.
I never found the original recipe for crab dip…. but I distinctly remember the creamy delicious taste of it… so I decided to improvise. The result was surprisingly good! Even better than good! I was only missing the garlic bread…. :)
