Thank you for choosing my recipe! The best option is to use cake collar, but if you don’t have one, just grease the sides of the springform generously with melted butter or other unflavored oil. You can use coconut if you have on hands. Once the cake is set, remove from the fridge and wait for about half an hour before removing the springform sides.
