Ingredients:
450 ml. (15 fl. oz) heavy whipping cream, sweetened
1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped
400 grams (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
In a large bowl whip up the cream until stiff peaks form. Add condensed milk and beat to combine. Add vanilla and beat for another minute.
Pour mixture in a large freeze proof container and freeze overnight.
