In the season of burning sunshine, it is absolutely okay to always look around for a frozen treat, cold drink or an air-conditioning.
This beautiful chocolate ice-cream has one big advantage – it is healthy all the way. Every single ingredients, used in the recipe is healthy and flavorful, plus you don’t need an ice-cream machine to prepare this at home.
Ingredients:
3 large bananas
2 large ripe avocados, cleaned and pitted
1 tea spoon lime or lemon juice
90 ml. almond milk (substitute for regular milk if you don’t have almond)
40 grams (1.5 oz) cocoa powder
100 grams (3,5 oz) honey
Puree all ingredients in a blender.
Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
Pour the mixture in a freezer proof container, close with a lid or cover with plastic wrap and freeze overnight.
Remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving.
