1 avocado
100 grams uncooked bulgur
1 tomato
1/2 cucumber
2-3 springs onions
Soak the bulgur in a bowl of hot/boiling water (seasoned with salt and pepper) for about 30 minutes until it tenders.
Chop up all ingredients into small cubes. Place in a large serving bowl, add the bulgur, dressing and mix well.
Mustard dressing:
2 tea spoons whole grain mustard
2 tea spoons olive oil
Jiuce from half lime/lemon
Salt & pepper

For the dressing, mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Season additionally with salt and pepper, add more or less lemon juice, depending on your taste.
