Avocado creme brulee

Enjoy another great dessert recipe, you can prepare with avocado!

Super delicious and easy!

Avocado creme brule (1 of 1)-2
2 ripe avocados
1 can sweetened condensed milk (370 grams)
2 tea spoons juice form lime
Sugar for garnish

In your food processor add the avocados and condensed milk. Blend until the mixture is smooth and nice. Add the lime juice and pulse for another minute. You may add less or more juice, depending on your taste, so just try the creme after two tea spoons and if necessary add more juice.

Pour the mixture in your serving cups and place in the fridge until you have to serve it.
Before serving, take out of the fridge and sprinkle some sugar on top (thin layer) as you would do with a classic creme brulee.
Using a torch, burn the sugar, until it melts, browns and turns into caramel. Be careful not to burn the sugar.
Cool for a couple of minutes and serve.
